The Recruiting Hive is seeking a dynamic Production Supervisor to lead the night shift in Olyphant. This role focuses on overseeing production operations to meet performance targets while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will supervise a team, manage tasks, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has leadership experience, strong communication, and a solid background in manufacturing processes with a commitment to GMP and 5S standards.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to assess employee skills and coordinate training.
• Excellent communication across all levels of the organization.
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and resource management.
• Strong safety mindset and GMP/compliance understanding.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a night shift team; manage task assignments and absences to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee production line activities; ensure equipment functionality, quality standards, and timely production goals.
• Monitor KPIs and report on shift quality and delivery objectives.
• Facilitate training and development to elevate team capabilities.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Promote a high-performance culture through coaching and development.
• Assist in operational planning and evaluate shift-level performance and resource availability.
• Coordinate shift handovers and manage personnel schedules.
