Job summary

Responsibilities include directing a production crew, scheduling, tracking performance, coordinating training, ensuring GMP and 5S, and driving continuous improvement through coaching and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Vocational or associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years manufacturing experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement methods and GMP 5S.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a night-shift production team.
• Manage task assignments, performance, and absences.
• Oversee production line activities, ensuring equipment functionality and quality.
• Monitor KPIs to meet shift quality and delivery targets.
• Coordinate shift handovers and staffing to maintain operations.
• Ensure GMP, 5S, and continuous improvement adherence.
• Provide training and development for team members.
