Qualifications

• Requires vocational or associate degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in assessing employee skills and coordinating training efforts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
• Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and resource management.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with production equipment and technical operations.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team, managing task assignments, performance tracking, and absences.
• Oversee production line activities, ensuring equipment functionality and quality standards.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to meet shift goals.
• Facilitate employee training and development.
• Ensure continuous quality monitoring and initiate corrective actions for deviations.
• Identify and resolve production issues and promote continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Encourage a high-performance culture through coaching and development.
• Contribute to operational planning by evaluating shift performance and resource availability.
• Coordinate shift handovers and manage personnel schedules.
