Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Production Supervisor for the night shift in Olyphant. You will supervise a manufacturing team, manage tasks, monitor KPIs, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. The role emphasizes training, coaching, and continuous improvement to optimize performance.

The ideal candidate has a technical background, 3–5 years in manufacturing, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of GMP and 5S methodologies.

Qualifications

• This role requires strong leadership and the ability to supervise a team in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with training plans and skills assessments is preferred.
• Good standing knowledge of GMP, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise a night-shift team, assign tasks, monitor performance and attendance.
• Oversee production line activities, ensure equipment functionality and quality targets.
• Monitor KPIs and report shift-level quality and delivery performance.
• Coordinate training and development to meet operational standards.
• Ensure GMP compliance and maintain 5S and CI practices across areas.
• Identify and resolve production issues and drive process improvements.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Support shift planning, handovers, and staffing to maintain efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet schedules and safety goals.
