Job summary

Modern Machining Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for the night shift in Olyphant, PA. The role oversees production operations, ensures safety and quality, and drives continuous improvement.

You will lead a team, manage tasks, monitor KPIs, and coordinate training to sustain optimal performance and on-time delivery while maintaining GMP compliance and 5S standards.

• Lead and supervise a night-shift team with task assignments and attendance tracking.
• Oversee production line activities, ensure equipment functionality and quality targets.
• Monitor KPIs and report on shift quality and delivery objectives.
• Train and develop team members to meet operational standards.
• Maintain GMP compliance and 5S/CI practices across areas.
• Identify and resolve production issues to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Support shift planning, handovers, and scheduling.
