Job summary

PDI is seeking a Production Supervisor for the third shift (Sun-Thurs, 11:00 pm – 7:30 am) to lead manufacturing teams, meet production goals, and ensure adherence to SOPs, GDPs and GMPs. You will coach staff, monitor performance, and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include scheduling, tracking shift results, maintaining safety and quality, and supporting a unionized environment under the collective bargaining agreement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• 5-10 years of experience in a regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns personnel to meet production goals on shift.
• Monitors progress and reports results on shift production summaries.
• Maintains safe, clean work environment and PPE usage.
• Supervises team members and coordinates with maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Ensures adherence to SOPs, GDPs, GMPs and company policies.
