Job summary

PDI is seeking a Supervisor, Manufacturing Maintenance for the 3rd Shift (Sun.–Thurs., 11:00pm–7:30am). Lead 10–20 union associates across maintenance and packaging, ensuring readiness for changeovers and minimizing downtime while meeting safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include directing maintenance activities, coordinating with shift supervisors, and ensuring proper documentation and handoffs. Preference for bilingual Spanish; OSHA/PLC exposure beneficial.

Qualifications

• College or trade school graduate, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least three (3) years of hands‑on experience with packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate mechanical and electrical integrity of the assigned machine group to meet production goals.
• Communicate daily with Maintenance Manager and Production Manager.
• Be actively present on the production floor, monitor lines and documentation.
