Job summary

Schreiber Foods seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a diverse team in a food manufacturing setting. You will coach team members, guide production processes, and strive to resolve production, safety, and quality issues. The role emphasizes leadership, daily operational excellence, and regulatory and customer compliance.

You will supervise night shifts and weekends, with relocation opportunities and extensive employee benefits. A strong background in dairy/food manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in dairy, food science, agriculture, business, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of proven leadership or manufacturing experience if no degree.
• Ability to communicate with influence both written and verbally.
• Collaborate with partners from diverse backgrounds with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team of production partners to maximize efficiencies and hit daily goals.
• Oversee plant processes, monitor training, and ensure regulatory and customer compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement, participate in capital projects, and support audits.
