Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Casa Grande, AZ facility. The role oversees hourly crew across all stages of blow molded container production during a 12-hour night shift (7pm–7am).

Responsibilities include safety, quality, training, and shift leadership to meet productivity goals. The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree or related operations experience, with a preference for 2+ years in a manufacturing supervision role.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or related operations experience required or equivalent.
• 2+ years in an operations supervisory/management role in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to interact with managers, employees, vendors and customers.

Aufgaben

• Supervise hourly employees across all phases of blow molded container manufacture.
• Ensure safety, quality, housekeeping, training and performance management on shift.
• Manage staffing, machine utilization, and shift documentation for CQI.
