Job summary

Adler Pelzer Group in Oregon, OH is seeking an Assistant Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift (11pm-7am). You will assist the supervisor in leading manufacturing operations, coordinate personnel, and ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Three to five years of experience in automotive or industrial manufacturing preferred.
Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in daily manufacturing operations and coordinate personnel and production activities.
Provide direction to production staff to support schedules and targets.
Monitor hourly production performance and ensure quality and throughput goals.
Maintain production records and assist with shift reporting.
Identify delays and assist in corrective actions to improve efficiency.
