Job summary

Niagara is seeking Team Members for the Columbus plant to operate production lines on a 12-hour night/day rotating schedule. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and achieving production goals in a food-safe environment.

Essential duties include line activity oversight, daily reports, adherence to GMP, and maintaining materials and housekeeping, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Experience in field/manufacturing environment is not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production line operations with focus on safety, quality, and throughput.
• Complete quality and production reports hourly and report defects to leadership.
• Maintain GMP and Food Safety compliance and participate in housekeeping.
• Manage raw material levels to minimize downtime and assist with line relief duties.
• Demonstrate ability to work across production areas and attend shifts as scheduled.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance on a 12-hour night/day rotating schedule.
