Job summary

Niagara Bottling Richmond Plant is seeking a Production Operator for the night shift to keep our production lines meeting safety, quality, and throughput targets while adhering to all applicable food safety requirements. You will complete hourly quality and production reports, inspect products, maintain GMP practices, and assist in other production areas as needed.

This 12-hour rotating schedule requires reliability and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Lead safety as priority and escalate issues promptly.
• Demonstrate adaptability and efficiency improvements.
• Seek technical knowledge and cross-team collaboration.
• Communicate clearly up and across to manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line(s) and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and throughput standards.
• Complete hourly quality and production reports; inspect product for non-conformities.
• Report quality defects to shift leadership and maintain GMP/food safety compliance.
• Maintain housekeeping and proper material levels to minimize downtime.
• Demonstrate ability to work in all assigned areas and assist with relief duties as needed.
• Maintain regular, predictable attendance and comply with 12-hour night shifts on a rotating schedule.
