The ideal candidate has several years of manufacturing leadership experience, a strong focus on safety, and the ability to drive efficiency on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 4+ years of experience in the position.
• 4+ years of experience managing people or projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Supervisor with daily shift activities and ensure safety, quality, and throughput.
• Communicate with the previous shift about challenges and opportunities for the new shift.
• Conduct shift walkthroughs to verify safety, housekeeping and quality.
