The role requires basic manufacturing experience, ability to work across multiple areas, and commitment to safe, efficient production on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 2 years experience in position.
• 0 year - experience managing people.
• Experience operating multiple manufacturing machines.
• Experience may include a combination of work experience and education.
• 4 years – experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 4 years – experience working in position.
• 2 years – experience managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate production lines, including startup/shutdown of equipment.
• Perform minor adjustments to production equipment as directed.
• Accurately complete and update hourly inspection and quality reports.
• Identify unsafe conditions and follow plant safety rules.
• Maintain general housekeeping in all areas of production.
• Keep raw materials stocked to ensure continuous operation.
• Maintain quality requirements and report defects immediately.
• Work across multiple production areas with minimal supervision and provide relief when needed.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and collaborate with maintenance.
• Understand Oracle/MES or current order management system.
• Communicate issues clearly and concisely.
• Attend regularly and work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
