Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC in Elsmere, KY is seeking a Production Machine Operator for the night shift (7pm–7am). The role focuses on safe, quality production and accurate hourly reporting within a GMP environment.

You will work a 12-hour rotating schedule and help maintain material levels to minimize downtime. Responsibilities include operating lines, inspecting products, reporting defects, and ensuring compliance with safety rules and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Willingness to perform 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Ability to read quality and production reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production line activities and ensure safety, quality and throughput.
• Complete hourly quality and production reports; report defects promptly.
• Follow GMP, food safety standards and housekeeping requirements.
• Maintain raw material levels to minimize downtime and support throughput.
• Troubleshoot minor line issues and cover duties as needed.
• Maintain excellent attendance and adapt to a 2-2-3 shift schedule.
