The role requires reliable attendance, ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, and strong safety practices. Experience in manufacturing environments and basic computer system knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience operating multiple manufacturing machines.
• Ability to follow safety rules and use PPE as required.
• Proven communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate production lines; start/stop equipment.
• Perform minor adjustments as directed and document logs.
• Complete hourly inspection sheets and report defects promptly.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance.
