• Oversee daily production line activities to meet safety, quality, and throughput targets.
• Complete hourly quality and production reports and report defects to leadership.
• Maintain GMP and food safety standards and provide good housekeeping.
• Ensure adequate raw material levels to minimize downtime.
• Operate across different areas as needed and assist with minor line issues.
