Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC in Mississippi seeks a Production Operator II for the night shift to support bottling lines. You will perform a range of production tasks, monitor equipment, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

This full-time role requires working 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, with responsibilities including line startup/shutdown, documentation, and collaboration with maintenance to troubleshoot issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of field or manufacturing experience.
• Two years of experience in the position.
• Experience operating multiple manufacturing machines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate production line equipment (palletizers, carton makers/sealers, packs).
• Perform minor adjustments to equipment with approval.
• Complete and update hourly inspection and quality logs.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions and follow safety rules.
• Maintain housekeeping in production areas and manage materials (caps, labels, cartons, etc.).
• Ensure quality requirements and document defects promptly.
• Able to work across production areas with minimal supervision and cover relief duties.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance.
