Job summary

Nestlé USA is hiring for an entry-level Operator on the 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM) to work on the production line. You will operate and monitor equipment, measure ingredients, and help ensure quality and safety procedures are followed.

Onboarding is a 4–5 day program, with initial training in the first week. Top candidates will have a HS diploma or GED, 0–2 years in manufacturing, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients
• Complete quality checks and record data
• Keep your work area clean
• Follows safety rules, SOP’s and cGMP guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned
