Job summary

Nestlé USA is hiring for an entry-level Operator to work on the production line. You will operate and monitor equipment, load and unload materials, and ensure quality checks are completed while following safety rules.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. The position is on the 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM) with a $21.00 per hour base pay and a $3.00 per hour shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• 0–2 years in manufacturing or warehouse work is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients.
• Complete quality checks and record data.
• Follow safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
