Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an entry-level Operator to help produce world-class products behind beloved brands. You’ll operate production equipment, follow safety and quality procedures, and ensure each item leaving the line meets standards.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. It offers a 3rd shift with a $3.00/hour differential and base pay of $20.65/hour, plus comprehensive benefits and incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Entry-level role with on-the-job training.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and stand long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients.
• Complete quality checks and record data.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Follow safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
