Job summary

You will operate equipment, monitor processes, perform quality checks, label and package products, and maintain a clean, safe work area in line with EHS standards. The role requires basic education, comfort with reading work orders, and ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, production processes, safety regulations and quality procedures.
• Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare raw materials and packaging: identify quantities and transport to production area.
• Operate processing equipment according to process instructions.
• Monitor equipment to maintain run rates.
• Complete initial testing and release of products to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Check labels and packaging material for correct labeling.
• Package final products per quality standards.
• Follow all Quality Standards and EHS rules; maintain area housekeeping.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Production Manager/Supervisor.
