Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office programs.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and safety procedures.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts as assigned.
• Preferred: 1+ year in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Preferred: familiarity with workplace safety standards or training programs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and stage raw materials and packaging per work orders.
• Operate production equipment following defined procedures.
• Monitor equipment to maintain target production rates.
• Perform initial product testing to verify specifications.
• Inspect labels and packaging for accuracy and compliance.
• Package finished goods according to quality standards.
• Follow all EHS, quality, and operating procedures.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas; support team tasks.
