Job summary

H.B. Fuller Company in Bellevue, OH is seeking a Production Operator I for a 12-hour days schedule on a 2-2-3 rotation. You will operate processing equipment, prepare raw materials, unload, pack and label products, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety rules.

Responsibilities include monitoring run rates, testing and releasing products, labeling, packaging, and maintaining housekeeping. A high school diploma and 3 years of industrial machine operation experience are required;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, production processes, safety regulations and quality procedures.
• Availability to work 12-hour shifts 2-2-3 schedule.
• 3 years' experience in an industrial environment with machine operating skills.
• Plastics machine operation background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare raw material from staging to weighing and load into production lines.
• Operate processing equipment in line with process instructions.
• Monitor equipment to maintain desired run rates and quality.
• Complete testing and release of products ensuring conformity to specs.
• Label and package final products per instructions and quality standards.
• Maintain housekeeping and support EHS and quality procedures.
• Support the Production Manager/Supervisor with ad-hoc duties.
