The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance. The position reports to the Facility Engineer and requires a high school diploma or GED with 5+ years of maintenance experience, PLC diagnostics, and CMMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five or more years of combined technical training and maintenance experience.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, including PLC diagnostics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS systems.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures, including PPE and Lockout/Tagout.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, pumps, mixers, and production systems.
• Use CMMS to plan and complete preventive maintenance tasks.
• Complete accurate maintenance, repair, and purchasing documentation.
• Operate forklifts and lifts after training and certification.
• Install new or upgraded equipment within defined skill scope.
• Train and support maintenance mechanics and helpers as assigned.
