Job summary

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 3 years in an industrial setting with machine operation, and familiarity with MS Office. The shift is 12-hour nights on a 2-2-3 schedule, with pay at $20/hour plus $1 shift differential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, procedures and safety guidelines.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial/machine operation experience.
• Plastics background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare raw materials from staging to weighing.
• Operate processing equipment per process instructions.
• Monitor equipment to maintain target run rates.
• Complete initial testing and release of products to specs.
• Check labels and packaging for correct labeling.
• Pack final products following quality standards.
• Maintain housekeeping and comply with EHS rules.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
