You'll lead as a resource for associates, help maintain schedules, monitor workflows, and drive continuous improvement to meet production goals while complying with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in production/operations environment.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Ability to lift and move materials and work 12-hour shifts.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment (inserters, printers, sorters) to meet daily targets.
• Lead resource for associates during daily operations.
• Onboard, train, and coach team members on procedures and quality standards.
• Conduct testing/validation for processes and equipment enhancements.
• Create and maintain operational documentation and work instructions.
• Monitor workflows and pursue efficiency improvements.
• Troubleshoot routine equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality requirements.
• Communicate production results and risks to leadership.
• Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and quality.
