Job summary

Finlays Solutions is seeking a Production Supervisor in San Antonio, TX to oversee daily manufacturing operations, lead a manufacturing team, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across all shifts. You will coordinate and follow production schedules, train staff, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining GMP and quality standards.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a hands-on mechanical aptitude to manage the production floor and meet output targets.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and written.
• Must be a team player, flexible and have good time management skills.
• Must be quality conscious and detail oriented.
• Must be able to work overtime or start earlier hours and weekends as needed.
• Mechanically inclined and understand the production process.
• High school graduate or GED.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations on the floor.
• Manage the team and coordinate production schedules.
• Enforce safety protocols at all times and ensure product quality.
• Maximize output efficiency and minimize waste.
• Enter downtime data and start batch orders in the system daily.
• Perform daily GEMBA walks and communicate issues to the manager.
