Job summary

FIS is seeking an Associate Advanced, Production Operations to support daily card production and act as a resource for associates and shift leadership. You will train, test, document, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and quality in a regulated environment.

The role combines hands-on production with leadership support, including onboarding and coaching team members, with 12-hour shifts (D1/D2) and daily production targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience in production, manufacturing, operations, or processing environments.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with documentational ability.
• Ability to lift/move materials and perform repetitive tasks.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to meet daily output targets.
• Lead resource for production associates during operations.
• Onboard, train, and coach team members on equipment and procedures.
• Test and validate process/equipment changes.
• Create and update operation docs and work instructions.
• Monitor workflows and identify efficiency improvements.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate production results and risks to leadership.
• Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and meet deadlines.
