GEOTEK LLC in Minnesota is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the PUPI team, ensuring Safety, Quality, Productivity, and on-time delivery. This hands-on role coaches a 30-40 person workforce, conducts daily safety and production priorities meetings, and drives training, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives across the shift.

• Proven leadership and team-building experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong focus on Safety, Quality, Productivity, and People.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Mechanically inclined; able to read a tape measure and basic technical drawings.
• Able to work and lead with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable using computers for data entry, timesheet reconciliation, email, and KPI tracking.
• Ability to prioritize and pay close attention to details.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, direct, and coach a team of 30-40 PUPI employees.
• Build a cohesive team focused on Safety, Quality, Productivity and training objectives.
• Conduct daily kiosk meetings: communicate priorities; lead stretches; assign tasks.
• Ensure training and competency; develop training plans with the MGR.
• Conduct 30/60/90-day and annual performance reviews.
• Administer employee discipline with Manager and HR.
• Manage shift schedules, time-off requests, attendance, and timesheet reconciliation.
• Lead 6S improvement initiatives within the department.
• Plan and monitor workflow to meet production goals on time, in full, and within quality specifications.
