GEOTEK is seeking a Shift Superintendent to lead operations on the Stewartville, MN shift. You will direct 6–10 Production Supervisors, manage safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and align daily activities with GEOTEK priorities.

This role requires hands-on leadership on the factory floor and collaboration with maintenance, engineering, and HR to meet business goals. The position reports to the Director of Manufacturing and features a 4:30PM–4:00AM Monday–Thursday shift, with comprehensive

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience and multi-department coordination.
• Strong focus on Safety, Quality, Productivity, and On-Time Delivery.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead and influence teams without direct reporting lines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary decision-maker for shift operational issues.
• Provide leadership for 6–10 Production Supervisors across departments.
• Drive performance in Safety, Quality, Productivity, and On-Time Delivery.
• Set shift priorities based on production schedules and customer commitments.
• Coordinate labor and resources to support changing production needs.
• Escalate and contain operational disruptions and provide updates to leadership.
