Movement Search and Delivery is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily plant operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Wisconsin. The role requires hands-on leadership of a high-performing team focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 2+ years in production, with supervisory experience and a strong safety mindset.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in production, operations, quality, maintenance, or related manufacturing function, or 5+ years with equivalent education/experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and product quality.
• Proficiency with data and analytics to identify root causes and improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and goals.
• Promote proactive safety culture and ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with EHS to improve safety programs, audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Monitor processes and product quality to ensure conformance with standards.
• Manage production schedules and identify efficiency improvements.
• Investigate variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Use dashboards and SAP data to drive decisions and performance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and sustain changes over time.
• Supervise and develop production staff, fostering engagement and accountability.
