Job summary

GEOTEK is seeking a Crew Lead to direct daily production activities on shift, ensuring proper run setup and achievement of metrics and quality targets. The role involves supervising the crew, troubleshooting issues, maintaining records, and driving process improvements.

You will work on various shifts, with sign-on bonuses and a base pay structure determined by level and experience. This position is located in Stewartville, MN and offers overtime and weekend differentials.

Qualifications

• Ability to properly prioritize and pay close attention to details.
• Able to read and write the English language.
• Mechanically inclined and able to read a tape measure.
• Able to work and lead with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Strong emphasis on quality, productivity, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily supervision of the production crew.
• Ensures crews follow standard operating procedures & Work Instructions.
• Coordinates exchanging setups on the machine.
• Identifies problems and cost savings solutions in the production process.
• Actively participates in department process improvement and efficiency.
• Prepares finished products for secondary operations.
• Monitors and/or mixes resin and coatings.
• Develop and train co-workers.
