Job summary

Weyerhaeuser is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Production Supervisor for our Millport, AL Lumber Mill. You will supervise production during night shifts, lead a team of hourly associates, plan schedules, support maintenance, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety, quality, and cost efficiency.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED plus 4+ years in manufacturing, with at least 1 year in leadership, and a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or higher).
• Minimum 4 years in manufacturing/industrial environment.
• At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading safety initiatives in production environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise night shift production operations and lead hourly associates.
