Job summary

Weyerhaeuser's Dodson Lumber Mill is seeking a Production Associate to support clean-up throughout the mill and operate equipment. The role requires willingness to work night shifts and weekends, with a $1 per hour night differential for night shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months employment in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Ability to work safely around moving manufacturing equipment.
• Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and night shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clean-up activities throughout the mill using broom, shovel, rake, air hose, wheelbarrow.
• Operate tractors, forklifts, and a bobcat; load/unload items from machines.
• Feed or place items onto equipment for processing and load/unload items from machines.
• Interpret work instructions and complete tasks as delegated.
• Willingness to work all shifts and wear all required PPE.
