Job summary

Weyerhaeuser is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Production Supervisor for our Millport, AL Lumber Mill. You will supervise production during night shifts, lead a team of hourly associates, plan schedules, support maintenance, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety, quality, and cost efficiency.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED plus 4+ years in manufacturing, with at least 1 year in leadership, and a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field preferred.

Description:Weyerhaeuser is seeking a dedicated leader for the position of Night Shift Production Supervisor at our Millport, AL Lumber Mill.This full-time, exempt role reports directly to the Department Superintendent and is responsible for supervising production operations during night shifts.As the Production Supervisor for the night shift, you will lead a team of hourly associates to achieve safety, quality, and production objectives. Your responsibilities include safely planning and coordinating operational schedules, supporting maintenance activities, and driving continuous improvement across all processes during night operations. You will be accountable for ensuring results in Safety, Utilization, Value Delivery, and Cost Efficiency for your shift. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5-7% of base pay.
