Responsibilities

• Schedule staffing and supervise daily production to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Monitor overtime, track production performance, and address variances in real time.
• Lead shift startup meetings and conduct Gemba walks with leadership teams.
• Drive lean initiatives to reduce downtime, scraps, and non-conformances.
• Ensure adherence to standard work and SOPs; enforce HR and safety policies.
