Job summary

AZEK is seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor to lead a high-performing manufacturing team during the overnight operations. This hands-on leader thrives on safety, quality, and team engagement to deliver production goals with accountability and continuous improvement.

You will oversee Shift Leaders, Operators, and Production Assistants, coordinating resources across departments to resolve issues and improve processes, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience with required supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of production equipment, quality standards, and safety practices.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Leading and engaging production teams to achieve operational goals.
• Ensuring safety standards, company policies, and quality requirements are consistently met.
• Overseeing equipment set-ups, start-ups, and efficient machine operation.
• Monitoring product quality, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to specifications.
• Troubleshooting equipment issues and partnering with Maintenance on repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Managing production schedules, documentation, and shift communication.
• Providing training, coaching, and conflict resolution to support team development.
• Promoting a clean, organized, and efficient manufacturing environment.
