Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Night Shift at the Detroit plant. You will supervise the production floor, ensure safety, quality, and throughput, and lead a team to meet targets.

You will coordinate with maintenance and other departments to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement. The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and knowledge of production processes, quality checks, and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• 4 Years - Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
• 4 Years - Experience in Position
• 4 Years - Experience managing people/projects
• Understanding of production processes and controls

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily production floor operations to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
• Maintain positive working relationships and promote a safe, productive environment.
• Review production schedule and adjust assignments to meet targets; verify jobs in systems.
• Coach and develop team members; participate in recruiting and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with maintenance to resolve downtime on lines.
• Complete shift reports and ensure safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Participate in interviews and work with leadership to promote a safety culture.
