You will oversee Shift Leaders, Operators, and Production Assistants, manage equipment start-ups, and coordinate resources across departments to meet production goals. This role offers a competitive salary with bonus eligibility and benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (technical or related field) preferred, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience with required supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Working knowledge of production equipment, quality standards, and safety practices
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to thrive on a night shift schedule

Responsibilities

• Lead Shift Leaders, Operators, and Production Assistants to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals
• Coordinate resources and resolve operational issues across departments
• Oversee equipment set-ups, start-ups, and efficient machine operation
• Monitor product quality, conduct audits, and ensure adherence to specifications
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with Maintenance on repairs
• Manage production schedules, documentation, and shift communication
• Provide training, coaching, and conflict resolution to support team development
• Promote a clean, organized, and efficient manufacturing environment
