Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope seeks a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing teams, plan work, and implement production improvements. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency, aligning with TPS/WPO practices and KPI-driven management.

The position requires 2+ years in a production-leader role, strong problem-solving, and proficiency with ERP/assembly tools and MS Office; shift is 5pm–5am with potential for growth and development.

Qualifications

2+ years as Production Leader/Shop Leader in manufacturing.
Experience in a Manufacturing environment.
Proficient with ERP software, assembly management tools, and MS Office.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a robust work ethic.
Ability to define and follow production processes and deliverables.
Capable of interpreting KPIs and communicating data.

Responsibilities

Balances safety, quality, productivity, cost, and employee morale while driving continuous improvement.
Provides leadership, supervision, motivation, and professional guidance to the team.
Ensures compliance with Safety and Quality standards.
Leads a safe, organized workplace with active WPO in a TPS environment.
Records daily KPIs and maintains updated reports; summarizes shift results.
Coaches and develops employees and resolves issues through problem solving.
Performs performance appraisals and provides real-time feedback.
Collaborates with upstream departments to ensure timely customer shipments.
Manages production support systems; tracks scrap/inventory and submits maintenance requests.
