Shaw Industries is seeking a Night Shift Manufacturing Supervisor to lead production teams, drive safety and quality, and improve productivity on the night shift. You will guide associates, manage shift performance, and partner with maintenance, scheduling, and quality teams to meet objectives.

The role emphasizes coaching, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement within a large, safety-conscious manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience leading or supervising in manufacturing, industrial, or production environments.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make sound business decisions.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience using business software applications.
• Willingness to work nights, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities
