Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years in manufacturing and strong leadership.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement and GMP compliance.
• Ability to train and oversee a team across shifts.
• Excellent communication across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a production team on night shift.
• Manage task assignments, performance, and absences.
• Oversee production lines and ensure equipment functionality.
• Monitor KPIs to meet quality and delivery goals.
• Coordinate shift handovers and scheduling.
• Support GMP and 5S adherence and continuous improvement.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities.
• Identify and resolve production issues quickly.
• Drive safety and quality in daily operations.
• Participate in operational planning and resource assessment.
