Job summary

Ashton North LLC in Olyphant, PA seeks an experienced Production Supervisor for the night shift to oversee operations, ensure safety and quality, and drive performance against KPIs. The role emphasizes coaching, training, and continuous improvement across the shift.

You will lead a team, manage scheduling, ensure equipment readiness, and uphold GMP and 5S standards while coordinating with cross-functional teams to hit production targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in assessing employee skills and coordinating training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels.
• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and resource management.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with production equipment and technical operations.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team, managing task assignments, performance tracking, and absences.
• Oversee production line activities, ensuring equipment functionality, quality standards, and timely production goals.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to meet shift quality and delivery objectives.
• Facilitate employee training and development to meet operational standards.
• Ensure continuous quality monitoring and initiate corrective actions for deviations.
• Identify and resolve production issues, promoting continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Encourage a high-performance culture through coaching and development.
• Contribute to operational planning by evaluating shift performance and resource availability.
• Coordinate shift handovers and manage personnel schedules for efficiency.
• Ensure GMP compliance and 5S/CI methodologies.
• Perform additional duties as required.
