Job summary

Zaddy Solutions in Olyphant, PA is seeking a dynamic Production Supervisor for the night shift. You will lead a production team, ensure safety, quality, and on-time results while coordinating training and shift planning.

You will monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and manage employee performance. The role requires a hands-on leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with GMP and 5S standards.
• Ability to supervise night shift and coordinate schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team, managing task assignments and absences for seamless operations.
• Oversee production line activities, ensure equipment functionality and quality standards.
• Monitor KPIs and report on shift-level quality and delivery targets.
• Facilitate employee training and development to meet operational standards.
• Initiate corrective actions for deviations from standards and promote CI.
• Identify and resolve production issues to improve processes.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Coach and develop staff to sustain a high-performance culture.
• Contribute to shift planning by evaluating performance and resource needs.
• Coordinate shift handovers and manage personnel schedules.
• Ensure GMP compliance and 5S/CI practices across areas.
• Perform additional duties within scope as needed.
