Job summary

3M Springfield, MO is seeking a Production Supervisor for the night shift to lead the day-to-day operations on a production line, supervise Operators, Lead Operators and Trainers, and drive safety, quality, service and cost improvements.

You will set priorities, assign responsibilities to meet customer needs, create an atmosphere of fairness and accountability, develop crew members for future roles, and remain flexible to work any shift, including up to 10% travel domestically.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED completed and verified prior to start.
Five years manufacturing experience in any sector.
Three years supervisory or leadership experience.
Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
Experience in a union environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of a production shift and supervise Operators, Lead Operators, and Trainers.
Implement and manage daily improvements to meet Safety, Quality, Service and Cost goals.
Determine priorities and assign responsibility to meet customer needs safely.
