Job summary

Corning Incorporated in Newton, NC is seeking a Team Leader - Night Shift to supervise cable and/or warehouse operations, leading 30–70 hourly associates and 4–6 coordinators. The role may require shift flexibility and reports to the TCP Leadership team.

You will develop production plans, coach staff, drive safety, lean improvements, and ensure on-time deliveries while meeting quality and cost objectives. A BS with 1+ year manufacturing experience or 3+ years in manufacturing is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or higher with manufacturing experience.
• Ability to take initiative and drive outcomes in a fast-paced plant environment.
• Experience with root cause analysis and problem resolution.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for safe work practices and a safe environment.
• Develop and implement production/warehouse activities to meet goals.
