Qualifications

• Direct cable production processes per SOPs and MI.
• Clear communication of production needs to floor personnel.
• Knowledge of cable processing, equipment, and materials.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Review production needs and schedule with Team Leader and communicate to floor.
• Conduct shift handoffs and maintain shift handoff log daily.
• Identify root causes and take corrective action with supervisor guidance.
• Maintain interface with cable support groups.
• Monitor product quality and escalate recurring issues.
• Ensure product flows in correct sequence to meet schedule.
• Coach floor personnel on run sequences and training needs.
• Ensure operators have adequate skills; report training gaps.
