JATM Morristown, TN seeks a Manager – Production (Night Shift) to lead the Manufacturing Department. You will drive daily operations, optimization efforts, and KPI attainment while coordinating with Quality, Engineering and Maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Business, or Engineering.
• Minimum five years related experience and/or training in manufacturing with advanced responsibilities.
• Supervisory experience for 3 years or more preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct and lead the entire Manufacturing Department.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on man, method, machine, and material.
• Ensure uniformity across production value streams for manpower and equipment layout.
• Create and manage annual manufacturing KPIs, labor and overhead budgets.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and improve underperforming lines.
• Demonstrate data-driven problem solving with clear countermeasures and communications.
• Achieve target Bekido, Chokko, PPH and PPLH goals and Quality targets.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Maintenance to improve uptime and safety.
• Support training and development for department team members and enforce EMS compliance.
• Maintain safe working conditions and support environmental compliance.
• Travel 10-20% as required.
