Ms Companies, LLC is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor in Nashville to lead manufacturing teams, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and ensure adherence to TS16949 and customer requirements.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing, a high school diploma or GED, and willingness to work non-standard A & B night shifts on a fixed 2-3-2 schedule. Strong teamwork, problem solving, and data-driven decisions are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing/production leadership experience.
• Willing to work A & B nights on a fixed 2-3-2 schedule.
• Valid driver\'s license for business travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings and communicate production and quality information across shifts.
• Coach crew members on safety, performance, attendance, training, 5S, and quality expectations.
• Ensure clear dissemination of production, safety and quality information to all team members.
• Participate in accident investigations and implement corrective actions and training.
